Krikya Oi Terms & Conditions – What You Need to Know Before Using the Platform

Eligibility & Age Requirements

To use the Krikya Oi platform, you must meet the following eligibility requirements. We verify these strictly — ensuring the platform's safety and legitimacy is our responsibility.

• Age: You must be at least 18 years old to open an account. Registration is strictly not permitted for anyone under the age of eighteen under any circumstances.
• Location: Krikya Oi cannot be accessed from countries or regions where online betting is prohibited by law. It is the user's responsibility to verify the laws applicable in their own jurisdiction.
• Mental Capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Prohibited Persons: Krikya Oi employees and their immediate family members are not permitted to place bets.

A National ID (NID), passport, or driving licence may be requested for age verification. Withdrawals may be restricted until verification is complete.

Account Registration & Security

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account on Krikya Oi. Accounts registered with false or fabricated details may be cancelled at Krikya Oi's discretion.

• Each person may hold only one account — opening multiple accounts using the same name, address, phone number, or payment method is strictly prohibited.
• Keep your account password strictly confidential — do not share it with anyone. You are solely responsible for all activity on your account.
• We strongly recommend keeping two-factor authentication (2FA) enabled on your account at all times.
• If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact Krikya Oi support immediately.
• If your personal details change (phone number, address), please update them in your account settings.

Betting Rules & Conditions

Every bet placed on Krikya Oi is a binding agreement — once confirmed, it generally cannot be cancelled. Always review all details carefully on the bet slip before hitting Confirm.

• Minimum Bet: ৳20. Maximum bet limits vary by market and event — these are displayed on the bet slip.
• Bet Confirmation: Once you click the Confirm button, the bet is considered final and cannot be changed. If the odds shift, the updated odds will be displayed on the confirmation screen — the bet will only be placed if you accept them.
• In-Play Bets: Odds in live betting change rapidly. If Krikya Oi displays incorrect odds due to a technical error, it reserves the right to void the affected bet.
• Match Cancelled or Postponed: If a match is cancelled, bets are generally voided and stakes refunded. The same applies to suspended matches that do not resume within the specified timeframe.
• Cash Out: For bets that offer a cash-out option, you may close your bet during the match at the available value. Once a cash-out is completed, the final match result no longer applies to that bet.

In the event of a technical error affecting a bet, Krikya Oi reserves the right to review and, if necessary, void or correct that bet.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Transactions

All transactions on Krikya Oi are secure and transparent. The following rules apply to all deposits and withdrawals.

• Deposit: Deposits may only be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Funds from third parties will not be accepted.
• Minimum Deposit: ৳100. Minimum withdrawal: ৳500.
• Withdrawal: Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit. KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal.
• Processing Time: Withdrawals are typically processed within 24–48 hours. Transactions flagged as suspicious may be subject to additional verification.
• Currency: All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).

Krikya Oi is committed to preventing money laundering. Suspicious financial activity may be reported to the relevant authorities.

Bonus & Promotional Offers

• Welcome Bonus: New members can claim a bonus on their first deposit. This offer is available once only.
• Wagering Requirement: A specified wagering amount must be met before any bonus balance can be withdrawn. The bonus balance remains locked until the wagering requirement is fully satisfied.
• Validity: All bonuses have an expiry date — any unused bonus will be automatically cancelled once it expires.
• Abuse Prohibited: Any attempt to claim bonuses through multiple accounts or to manipulate the bonus system in any way will result in account termination.
• Changes: Krikya Oi reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

User Conduct & Prohibited Activities

Krikya Oi is committed to maintaining a fair and honest betting environment. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account termination.

• Participation in match-fixing or any attempt to influence the outcome of an event.
• Placing bets using insider information.
• Placing bets using computer programs, bots, or any automated systems.
• Exploiting platform bugs or technical glitches for personal gain.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to another user's account.
• Operating an account using false or misleading information.
• Coordinating with others to exploit the bonus system.

Krikya Oi uses advanced technology to detect such activity. If detected, the account will be closed, the balance forfeited, and legal action taken where necessary.

Account Closure & Suspension Policy

Either the user or Krikya Oi may close an account. In both cases, the following rules apply.

Closed at User's Request:

• For a temporary break, use the Cooling Off or Self-Exclusion option in your account settings.
• To close your account permanently, submit a written request to the Help Centre.
• Please withdraw any remaining balance before closing your account. The account will be deactivated within 48 hours of the request.

Closure or Suspension by Krikya Oi's Decision:

• Violations of these Terms & Conditions may result in account suspension or closure without prior notice.
• Failure to cooperate with identity verification may result in a temporary account suspension.
• Krikya Oi reserves the right to forfeit account balances in cases of serious violations.

Limitation of Liability

Krikya Oi takes all reasonable steps to keep the platform running smoothly and reliably. However, there are certain situations for which Krikya Oi does not accept liability.

• If a bet fails to be placed due to an internet connection loss.
• For delayed transactions caused by issues with third-party software or payment gateways.
• For unauthorised access to an account resulting from the user's own negligence.
• For changes to sporting results or events.

Krikya Oi's total liability shall not exceed the balance held in the user's account under any circumstances.

Betting is inherently risky — the outcome of every bet is uncertain. Krikya Oi does not guarantee winnings on any bet and makes no promise of income from betting.

Changes & Updates to Terms

Krikya Oi may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the "Last Updated" date at the top of the page will reflect the revision.

• For significant changes, users will be notified via email or in-app notification.
• Continued use of the platform after any changes have been made will be considered acceptance of the updated Terms.
• If you object to any changes, you may request to close your account.

In the event of any ambiguity or dispute regarding these terms, Krikya Oi's interpretation shall be considered final. Disputes will first be addressed through negotiation; if unresolved, they will be settled through arbitration.
